Charmer is our lovely grey girl. She is an absolute treasure with the most outstanding temperament. As a youngster Charmer impressed all the judges in comformation. At just 8 months of age Charmer finshed her Canadian Championship in style by winning 4 back to back Best Puppy In Groups and a Best Puppy In Show as well as making the cut in a tough line up of dogs in the group ring. She was Best Of Breed and Best Of Opposite over Specials on numerous occasions.
In the USA at just 18 months she won a 4 point major under Pat Hastings, We then took a break from conformation to do performance sports. In the summer of August 2009 we decided to hit the rings again and went south to the Evergreen Belgian Tervuren Club specialty in Redmond Washington . We had a really great time! Charmer won back to back 4 point specialty majors under breeder judges Steve Sorenson and Joni L Freshman DVM , and first day out as a special at the Sammamish Kennel Club she went BOS/BOV. The iceing on the cake is that Charmer is a grey girl. She is to date only one of a couple of grey Belgians to have ever finished an AKC Championship on the West Coast! Charmer has outstanding stucture with a beautiful sidegait and a gorgeous front. Also at the same venue we finished her Rally Excellent title with High In Class Placements. She is such a pleasure to show and loves the show ring as much as she loves her flyball, herding, agility and obedience. Charmer is our little superstar here at Celticmoon.
Charmer was bred in April 2010 to Am Ch Paisano’s Bullseye PT with ‘The Wild West” being the theme. Our beautiful pick girl, Celticmoon’s Packin The Heat For Justice ( Pistol) co-owned with Justice Cockers has a wonderful future ahead of her!, living in Gig Harbour Washington, Pistol will be hitting the rings as soon as she is old enough and also doing a variety of performance and making her rounds at the Gig Harbour Police Dept. Our handsome boy, Celticmoon’s Carry On Cowboy (Tito) is on beautiful Vancouver Island in a performance home and will be shown exclusively by Celticmoon. Tito will be herding and tracking and going to handling classes with his owners. Our other girl Celticmoon’s Maya Heart Of the West is keeping watch over a very special young girl and her family. Pictures of the Charm/Cowboy litter are now up on our puppy’s page. Charmers next litter due approx Feb. 2011 will be to our beautiful Ch Bran Du Chemin Des Sorcieres HT, HIC,Am/Can RN (Majic). We expect a very high energy litter and we are currently taking reservations. This will be Charmers second and last litter as we want her to focus on the fun stuff!

March 2011 Charmers kids sired by Am Ch Paisano’s Bullseye PT are making waves! Ch Celticmoon’s Maya Heart O’Th West (Maya) finished her Canadian Championship from the 9-12 month class in just two wk-ends with BOB wins over specials and a group 2! Then at her next show she won a group 4 in a large entry and won the Puppy Group! Maya was shown exclusively by Celticmoon Collies & Belgian Shepherds. On the other side of the border, Maya’s litter-mate Celticmoon’s Packin Heat For Justice (Pistol) won WB over specials for her first points at just 8 months old in the USA.

Charmers kids from her second litter sired by our Ch Bran Du Chemin Des Sorcieres are also doing great! Celticmoon’s Mystic Storm debuted at 7 months of age and went BOB all three days for 5 points at her first Canadian shows and also won a Best Puppy In Group. She then went on to the LMDF shows where she finsihed on the first day with a 3 point major and another BPIG! Her litter brother Celticmoon’s Th’ Dragons Breath despite being all legs with a ton of bone, also picked up 5 points at the LMDF and finished shortly there after winning 5 BOB wins and a Best Puppy In Group. Both kids also earned their HIC certificates and were fabulous on the sheep. Both puppy’s are very beautiful and have outstanding head pieces with great structure.
